• is a comfort home, not a certified agency, therefore we do not receive any medical insurance reimbursement. We offer our services as a gift.

• relies totally on the community for support in the form of donations, memorials and fund-raisers as our ONLY income. All gifts are gratefully appreciated and tax deductible.

Did You Know?

• Crossroads House is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization and does not charge for services provided.
• Crossroads House does not receive governmental funding or insurance reimbursements and it totally dependent on the generosity of the community.
• All funds are raised locally through fundraisers, donations and memorials and are used to provide comprehensive, compassionate comfort care for our terminally ill guests and their family members.
• Crossroads House is a home, not a facility, and provides all the amenities of a home.
• Crossroads House is locally owned and operated, volunteer driven and community supported.
• Since opening in January 1998, over 170 Genesee and Wyoming County residents and their families benefited from comfort care at Crossroads House.
• Our nursing staff specializes in end-of-life care and they are available 24/7.
• Crossroads House is the one and only comfort care home serving the residents of Genesee and Wyoming Counties.
• Inside our walls we celebrate life, while recalling past memories and making new ones.
