Dr. Mary Obear is a physician with Pembroke Family Care, Volunteer Medical Director for Crossroads House and the Co-Medical Director for Home-Care and Hospice.
Dr. Thomas Reagan is a physician with Letchworth Family Medicine and the Co-Medical Director for Home-Care and Hospice
